The Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator Gen II redirects propellant gasses through calibrated ports, countering both recoil and muzzle climb. Less recoil and muzzle climb results in quicker, more precise follow-up shots and reduced fatigue. Manufactured from aerospace 17-4 stainless steel. Minimal chance of corrosion. Salt bath nitride finish keeps maintenance to a minimum. The Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator Gen II comes in standard length and 1/2 x 28 TPI.

Makes A Huge DifferenceI found it hard to believe with the design, it would make any difference. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I can't believe the huge difference it makes in recoil and muzzle climb. I was approached by several people at the range after emptying a magazine. They were inquiring in not only what I was shooting with the large fireball and canon sound, because that's what got everyone's attention, but they all noticed there was barely any recoil and muzzle climb. I'm extremely pleased with this muzzle break.

WORTH IT'S WEIGHT IN GOLDI read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I can't believe the huge difference it makes in recoil and muzzle climb. Amazing! Worked Even Better Than ImaginedI read the reviews for the MUZZLE CLIMB MITIGATOR, GEN II and was somewhat leery. When I saw that the big slot, the huge cut through and the three holes formed the appearance of a skull, I thought it was just a gimmick. I found it hard to believe that something with this appearance could work so well. In my amateur engineer mind it just didn't make any sense of not only, how it could reduce muzzle climb, but also counter recoil. I purchased it anyways. I was stunned and overwhelmingly surprised of how extremely well it performed. It was such a noticeable difference, that I was approached several times by other shooters at the range asking what it was and where I got it. Everyone remarked on the barely noticeable recoil and muzzle climb. Also, the canon sound and fireball it produced was a big hit as well :D I'm too happy I purchased it. Btw, it's the muzzle that redirects gases creating the huge fireball and canon sound. But it was a little bigger because I was shooting an AR-15 with a 10.3 inch barrel. The entire front was filthy especially after 500Rds, but well worth it.

This is an awesome break and will buy again.I bought this break and installed on DDM4V7, it has reduced recoil even though 223 doesn’t have much but I see the most benefit on muzzle climb. I have attached 2 videos I took with my break. Really pleased with this break. I’ll be putting one on all my AR platforms.

Daniel Defense Mitigator Gen 2Daniel Defense quality is always top notch, shipping was fast, and the Mitigator does exactly what its supposed to do. A noticeable reduction in recoil and muzzle climb. I do think however that the cost could be lower. Nevertheless, I am still very satisfied and would purchase again; may even get another one for another build!

DD is at it againAnyone interested in a brake should definitely give this beast a shot (pun intended). Wouldn't recommend a brake for HD, but reasonable price, top quality materials, and professional engineering make this my favorite brake by a long shot. I think I payed around $60 while other quality brakes can cost well over $120.
